Our food philosophy centres on the simple joy of sharing quality dishes that we, as a family, love to savour. Partnering with local treasures like Coburn Bakery, TG Fruits, The Cheeseman, and Premier for meats, we ensure our menu is a delightful reflection of our commitment to freshness.
Indulge in daily bakes, including mouthwatering brownies, delightful fruit & cheese scones, along with our great grandma's recipe for rock cakes. With a keen awareness of dietary needs, we cater to gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan preferences, making our cosy space a haven for all to enjoy homemade treats crafted with love and care.
Our History
For over 85 years, Drury has been synonymous with excellence in tea blending and coffee roasting, embodying a legacy of quality, consistency, and traditional values. Established in London in 1936 by three visionary Italian brothers, Drury swiftly gained recognition as a leading authority in the coffee and tea markets.
In 1965, Drury Coffee expanded its horizons to Brighton, setting up its inaugural branch on Edward Street. Here, we supplied both retail and wholesale customers with the freshest coffee and an extensive selection of fine teas.
In 2002, the Lewis & Davids family assumed ownership of the Brighton branch, elevating customer service and introducing Rancilio commercial espresso machines. Armed with extensive engineering expertise, we became a reliable source for advice, repairs, and servicing.
Our journey led us to Richardson Road, Hove, in January 2006, where we established our home—a hub featuring a service centre, machine showroom, and a welcoming shop with a café.
Here, customers can relish our diverse range of coffee and teas. Our cherished patrons appreciate the warm atmosphere and personalised service that define the Drury experience.
